YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the management of customer operations for defined B2B accounts in close collaboration with sales, logistics, accounting, and credit management.
- Assist in daily order book management, including order releases, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
- Maintain and update SAP master data and support the onboarding of new customer accounts.
- Help process debit and credit notes and ensure accurate documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders to support smooth operational processes.
- Support the Customer Operations team in day-to-day business and ongoing activities.
- Work with customer portals and contribute to cross-functional projects.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
- Hands-on and service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Structured and analytical way of thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of reliability.
- Interest in working in an international and dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); SAP is a plus.
