We are seeking a motivated, organised, and hands‑on individual to join our team as an Outbound Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the outbound warehouse team, ensuring all customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately, efficiently, and on time. You will oversee order fulfilment processes, maintain compliance with company procedures, and drive high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety within the operation. Acting as a key link between the warehouse, logistics, and wider business, you will ensure seamless workflows and timely delivery to customers.

Duties- Lead and manage the outbound warehouse operation to meet service, productivity, and accuracy targets.
- Oversee picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure all orders are processed on time and in full.
- Maintain high levels of order accuracy, investigating errors and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage team performance through clear objectives, coaching, and regular performance reviews.
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Operations, and Inventory teams to support smooth order fulfilment.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, space utilisation, and operational efficiency.
- Act as the escalation point for outbound issues and provide operational cover across warehouse functions when required.
- Proven warehouse or logistics management experience with strong leadership capabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in fostering teamwork and motivating staff towards shared goals.
- Experience using WMS and Microsoft Office.
- Calm, solutions focused approach in a fast paced environment.
- Six Sigma or Lean Management training (desirable).
