Birkbeck, University of London is seeking a Student Casework Lead to guide defined areas of complex, sensitive student casework. The role supports complaint, conduct and appeal processes within the Student Complaints, Conduct and Appeals team and aligns with the Academic Standards and Quality function.
You will report to the Student Complaints, Conduct and Appeals Manager, collaborate with the Senior Student Casework Officer and other colleagues to ensure timely, fair outcomes and robust risk management.
