Birkbeck University London is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead our campus security operations by day, on a 4-on/4-off schedule from 8am to 8pm. You will supervise the daytime team, manage rotas and incident response, and ensure high standards of safety and service across the campus.
Responsibilities include coordinating events, maintaining CCTV and access control operations, and driving improvements while ensuring compliance with data protection and health & safety requirements.
