Birkbeck College is seeking a Student Voice Strategy Manager to lead the development and delivery of our strategic approach to student engagement and feedback, shaping how the student voice informs decisions and enhancements across the university.
This role collaborates with the Students’ Union, student leaders and academic teams; designs and presents dashboards; oversees survey tools and external surveys; supports an inclusive, engaged student experience.
Hybrid working with two in-office days.
