Responsibilities- As Security Manager, you will be responsible for shaping service delivery, managing teams, and driving improvements that support the University's strategic goals - making a real impact on the day-to-day experience of our community.
- Lead front-of-house and security operations across multiple sites, ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
- Manage teams and deliver 24/7/365 security and customer service operations.
- Provide expert advice regarding security matters and ensure compliance with forthcoming legislation (Martyn's Law).
- Communicate extensively with neighbouring higher education institutions and stakeholders.
- Drive improvements and manage change to create a culture of exceptional delivery.
- Proven track record in hands‐on management in a fast‐paced environment.
- Strong customer service ethos and a passion for driving positive change.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience in creating a culture of exceptional delivery and managing change.

- Permanent contract, full-time 35 hours per week, on‐site based. Monday‐Sunday (5 out of 7 days) with flexible start and finish time.
