Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for maintenance, security, cleaning, and other services.
- Support the operation of helpdesk and job management systems.
- Provide administrative assistance for scheduling and resource prioritisation.
- Raise purchase orders, liaise with suppliers and maintain accurate procurement and financial records.
- Assist with contractor compliance and health and safety requirements.
- Help manage key services such as maintenance, security, cleaning, portering, and the post-room.
- Ensure service requests are logged, tracked, and followed up efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience in a helpdesk or customer-focused environment is desirable.
- Experience or interest in roles such as Administrative Assistant, Facilities Coordinator, Helpdesk Support, Customer Service Officer, or Office Manager.
