Details Salary range: £68.13 per hour Contract type: Fixed term Mode: Part time Grade: 7 Business Unit: School of Psychological Sciences Closing date for applications: 12-Jun-2025 Ref No: 2144 Responsibilities Deliver teaching on the module: Understanding Research Methods for Psychology, Level 4 Prepare and assess coursework and exams Administer related course duties Module Details This module introduces research methods, ethics, descriptive statistics, and non-parametric tests, preparing students for advanced psychological research. Minimum Requirements A degree in Psychology Relevant teaching experience in higher education, working with adult learners Good IT skills, including Word, Excel, email, and familiarity with Moodle & Teams Additional Information Teaching sessions are scheduled for Tuesday afternoons or evenings. The role is for a three-month fixed-term contract from October to December 2025. Payment is hourly, starting at £68.13, inclusive of allowances.
