We’re looking for a dedicated and hardworking Hygiene Operative to join our friendly and fast-paced food manufacturing team. If you take pride in high standards, enjoy hands‑on work, and want to play a vital role in keeping food production safe and efficient, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This is an active, practical role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working with specialist equipment to keep our machinery and site spotless, helping ensure we deliver quality products our customers can trust.
Responsibilities
We are looking for individuals with a positive, flexible attitude who will be able to work under pressure without compromising hygiene, cleanliness, and safety and with the ability to work to a high standard in an efficient, clean, and tidy manner.
Shifts
Working Pattern = Mon to Thurs 9-5, Fri 9-4:30, Sat 8-11 (total 40 hours)
Experience
Must be able to work unsupervised and as a member of a team.
Qualifications
Previous experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided for suitable applicants.
Benefits
4 weeks holiday per year increasing incrementally each year to 5 weeks holiday per year (after 5 years continuous service) plus bank holidays. Staff discount.
