We’re looking for a Segment Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the commercial plan for our Fish segment in the UK & Ireland, managing a P&L of approximately €150m. Reporting to the Cluster Head of Marketing, this role is pivotal in delivering our Must Win Battles (MWBs) and driving success against our 3-year growth strategy.
About the Role: You’ll design and execute local commercial plans, ensuring alignment with global strategies and acting at pace to deliver results. This role requires strong collaboration across global and local teams, leveraging insights to create impactful brand activations and shopper campaigns. You’ll be responsible for driving financial performance, building capability within the team, and ensuring sustainability and reputation goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the commercial plan for the Fish segment in UK & Ireland, delivering against growth targets and MWBs.
- Translate commercial data into actionable insights to drive top and bottom-line growth.
- Create and implement 360° brand activation plans, partnering with global Brand COEs.
- Develop trade presentations and shopper activation plans to win with retailers.
- Manage segment marketing budgets and ensure financial performance meets expectations.
- Coach and develop team members, building capability for future success.
About You:
- Significant consumer marketing and/or brand management experience within a highly commercial FMCG environment.
- Proven track record of driving branded growth in FMCG (ideally food).
- Experience across the full marketing mix, ideally in a category-led or matrix organization.
- Commercially astute with strong financial literacy and ability to deliver results.
- Excellent communication skills and experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to hold teams and individuals to account and manage a brand portfolio effectively.
