We have a new exciting opportunity to join Nomad Foods, home to iconic brands including Birds Eye, Findus and iglo, for an experienced Senior Revenue Growth Manager to join our UK business. This is a high-profile leadership role within the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function, responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth through best-in-class pricing, promotions, pack architecture, mix management, and trade terms strategies. You'll play a pivotal role in helping shape the future commercial agenda of one of the UK's most loved food brands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Revenue Growth Management plans across Pricing, Promotions, Pack Price Architecture, Mix and Trade Terms.
  • Develop data-led pricing strategies informed by consumer insights, price elasticity analysis and market dynamics.
  • Drive promotional optimisation through governance, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Define pack and portfolio strategies that maximise shopper value, retailer growth and business profitability.
  • Lead performance tracking and post-evaluation of RGM initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimisation and course correction.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category, Insights and Supply Chain teams to drive execution and commercial impact.
  • Support the development of RGM frameworks, systems, tools and capabilities across the organisation.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team while championing a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience within Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, Sales, Category Management or Finance in an FMCG environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful RGM strategies.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn complex data into actionable commercial insights.
  • Deep understanding of pricing, promotions, pack architecture, portfolio mix and commercial planning.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a clear understanding of P&L.
