Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of the capital budget, reliability, and maintenance of the site and the delivery of key site projects.
  • Ensure leadership in capital cost management, BAU engineering, and continuous improvement.
  • Set the engineering strategy and agenda for the site.
  • Provide leadership and direction for departmental engineering teams, the project engineering team, and the Technical Services function.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop, manage, and implement the site capital strategy.
  • Optimise maintenance performance to support cost‑effective site operations.
  • Realise savings opportunities and deliver budgets on time.
  • Lead the utility infrastructure organisation for the Lowestoft factory.
  • Drive capital engineering for new product development, capacity extension, and cost savings.
  • Act as a member of the site leadership team and benchmark engineering performance externally.

Qualifications:

  • Information Engineering Degree or proven experience in engineering.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Computer literacy at least to intermediate level.

Competencies:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
