Purpose: We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our growing team in a busy bakery environment. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in the production and packing of a variety of high-quality meat and non-meat products.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and producing savoury bakery products
- Packaging finished goods ready for dispatch
- Working with both meat and non-meat products
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
- Meeting production targets and strict dispatch deadlines
Experience: Enthusiastic and positive individuals with a flexible attitude who are comfortable working on their own or as part of a team. Must be able to work under pressure without compromising quality or safety, and demonstrate the ability to work to a high standard in an efficient, clean and tidy manner, observing the highest food hygiene guidelines to meet strict dispatch deadlines. Previous experience in food production or a similar environment is preferred. Full training will be provided for suitable applicants.

Benefits: 4 weeks holiday per year, increasing incrementally each year to 5 weeks holiday per year (after 5 years continuous service) plus bank holidays. Staff discount.
