We have an exciting opportunity for full-time Bakers to join our dedicated Night Bakery Team at our Ascot Drive Bakery. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about baking and take pride in producing high-quality breads and baked goods in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Whether you already have bakery experience or are looking to develop your skills, we offer training for the right candidates who are eager to learn and committed to maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the mixing, shaping, and baking of a variety of bread products.
- Understand and work with the fermentation process involved in bread production.
- Operate bakery machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food hygiene.
- Work efficiently to ensure strict dispatch deadlines are met.
- Support the production of other bakery items where required.
- Good understanding of bread fermentation and baking processes.
- Knowledge of bakery machinery and production processes.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within a team environment.
