An exciting opportunity is coming up at our seasonal outdoor venue, Roof East, and we are looking for an experienced General Manager who is passionate about great drinks, great people and great games!

About The Venue
- Roof East operates from April to October, with a team of 50+ Team Members in the heart of Stratford.

About The Role
We\’re on the lookout for a trailblazing General Manager with a proven track record in high-volume settings. Your leadership, organisational skills and passion for hospitality will be key to maintaining standards and delivering operational objectives in this role. This role takes charge of multiple units and concepts, setting and surpassing high trading standards through strict audits. If you\’re a dynamic communicator who loves being at the forefront with customers, this role is your stage.
Leading a team of 50, with a focus on bar and floor operations, you\’ll collaborate closely with the wider support team. From delivering third-party events to championing the venue, your role is pivotal in ensuring a safe, dynamic space for top-notch food and entertainment.
