About The Venue

  • Roof East operates from April to October, with a team of 50+ Team Members in the heart of Stratford.

About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a trailblazing Assistant Manager with a proven track record in high-volume bar settings. Your leadership, organisational skills and passion for hospitality will be key to maintaining standards and delivering operational objectives in this role.

As Assistant Manager – Games Lead, this role takes charge of multiple game concepts including crazy golf, archery, baseball and bowls. If you’re a dynamic communicator who loves being at the forefront with customers, this role is your stage.

Leading a team of 55, with a focus on Game Operations, you’ll collaborate with the General Manager and wider management team. From delivering third-party events to championing the venue, your role is pivotal in ensuring a safe, dynamic space for top-notch games and entertainment.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A proven track record within a fast-paced bar environment and is great with driving world-class guest experiences.
  • An all-star multitasker.
  • Superb relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for developing the team by facilitating training and giving constant feedback.
