Mission

Your mission as a Product Marketing Lead is to cover all four aspects of the discipline:

  • Ambassador – voice of the customer, gathering and systematising insights to drive strategy.
  • Strategist – owning the go‐to‐market strategy for the platform and its features.
  • Storyteller – owning positioning and messaging for all elements of the offering.
  • Evangelist – enabling others to tell the story internally and externally, quantifying impact.

How you will contribute

  • Own positioning and messaging for Birdie and all products.
  • Lead go‐to‐market strategy for all Birdie products and initiatives.
  • Own voice of the customer programme, gathering and systematising insights.
  • Lead a customer impact programme, evidencing value through case studies and metrics.
  • Run training and enablement programmes with Commercial teams.
  • Be a regular expert voice in Marketing communications, speaking on webinars and event content.

  • Prioritise knowing your customer, with experience building quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
  • Developed and executed training materials and sales enablement programs for Customer Success, Sales and Marketing.
