Inspired by global craftsmanship, colour and pattern, our collections bring together timeless design with a fresh perspective. /span /p p span As we continue to grow both in the UK and internationally, we are looking for a talented and commercially minded Senior Ecommerce CRM Executive to help shape and deliver an exceptional online customer experience. /span /p p br /p p span The Role /span /p p span Reporting to the Head of Digital Growth, the Senior Ecommerce CRM Executive will play a central role in the day-to-day management, optimisation and growth of Birdie Fortescues digital channels. /span /p p br /p p span This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining technical ecommerce expertise with creativity, organisation and commercial thinking. You will be responsible for helping ensure the website remains beautifully presented, commercially effective and operationally seamless, while supporting the delivery of our email marketing programme and wider digital growth initiatives. /span /p p br /p p span Working closely with the marketing team, you will help bring campaigns, collections and brand stories to life online, while ensuring the digital customer journey is engaging, consistent and aligned across all touchpoints. /span /p p br /p p span We are looking for someone who is confident working within Shopify Plus, experienced with Shopify Markets and passionate about delivering a premium customer experience through thoughtful ecommerce and CRM execution. /span /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities: /strong /p p br /p p strong Ecommerce Website Management /strong /p p br /p ul li span Support the day-to-day management of the Birdie Fortescue Shopify Plus website /span /li li span Proactively identify opportunities to improve website performance, customer experience, customer retention and digital growth /span /li li span Manage product launches, collection merchandising, content updates, pricing changes and promotional activity /span /li li span Build and maintain landing pages, collection pages and campaign content /span /li li span Ensure the website is visually engaging, commercially effective and aligned with brand standards /span /li li span Maintain a high level of accuracy across product information, content and customer-facing messaging /span /li li span Conduct regular testing and quality assurance across desktop and mobile devices /span /li li span Support the continuous optimisation of the customer journey and shopping experience /span /li /ul p br /p p strong Shopify Plus Digital Operations /strong /p p br /p ul li span Manage the Shopify Plus platform and support ongoing site development /span /li li span Take ownership of Shopify Markets, helping to deliver a seamless experience for international customers /span /li li span Work with agency and development partners on website enhancements, bug fixes and technical improvements /span /li li span Manage integrations, applications and third-party ecommerce tools /span /li li span Support website performance, functionality and conversion optimisation initiatives /span /li li span Help identify opportunities to improve site usability, efficiency and customer experience /span /li /ul p br /p p strong CRM Email Marketing /strong /p ul li span Support the planning, creation and delivery of email marketing campaigns and customer communications with external agencies. /span /li li span Build and deploy campaigns within Klaviyo, ensuring content, segmentation and customer journeys are accurately executed /span /li li span Assist in managing the email marketing calendar and campaign workflow /span /li li span Support automated customer journeys and lifecycle marketing programmes /span /li li span Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention and revenue /span /li li span Ensure all customer communications reflect the Birdie Fortescue brand voice and aesthetic /span /li li span Prepare regular performance reporting and insights for the senior leadership team, highlighting opportunities and recommendations across ecommerce and CRM activity /span /li /ul p br /p p strong Skills Experience /strong /p ul li span 3-5 years experience within ecommerce, CRM or digital marketing /span /li li span Strong hands-on experience with Shopify Plus /span /li li span Proven experience working with Shopify Markets /span /li li span Experience using Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform /span /li li span Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, merchandising and customer journeys /span /li li span Commercially aware with a good understanding of ecommerce performance metrics /span /li li span Experience using Shopify Analytics and GA4 /span /li li span Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail /span /li li span Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously /span /li li span Experience within
