This is a highly hands-on role combining strategy, leadership and execution. You'll own the regional marketing plan while actively delivering campaigns, events and VIP executive experiences that build brand awareness, engage enterprise decision-makers and generate pipeline. You'll also manage and collaborate with remote and in-region marketing support teams, coordinating resources to deliver high-impact programmes across multiple markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Regional Marketing Strategy & Leadership
    • Own and execute the UK marketing strategy, supporting Birdeye's expansion into Ireland and wider EMEA markets.
    • Act as the primary marketing partner to the SVP Sales & GM, EMEA, and regional Sales leadership.
    • Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans aligned with pipeline targets and commercial priorities.
    • Manage regional marketing budgets, performance and return on investment.
    • Lead and coordinate remote and in-region support teams, agencies and global marketing resources.
    • Balance strategic planning and leadership with hands-on campaign and event execution.
  • Integrated Demand Generation & Pipeline
    • Own regional marketing pipeline targets, driving measurable demand generation and revenue growth.
    • Develop and execute integrated campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market multi-location brands.
    • Work closely with global channel managers across Paid Search, SEO, Email, Content, Social and Product Marketing.
    • Partner with Sales and BDR teams on account-based marketing, target-account engagement and campaign follow-up.
    • Localise global campaigns and product messaging for UK and European audiences.
    • Analyse campaign performance and optimise marketing investment to improve pipeline contribution.
  • Events, VIP Experiences & Executive Engagement
    • Own the regional events and VIP experiences strategy, including conferences, trade shows, flagship events and sponsorships.
    • Plan and deliver premium executive engagement programmes, including sporting hospitality, VIP experiences, exclusive dinners and C-suite networking events.
    • Develop Birdeye-owned events, seminars, thought-leadership sessions and customer engagement programmes.
    • Work closely with Sales and BDR teams to drive attendance from strategic accounts and senior decision-makers.
    • Manage event agencies, suppliers, budgets and logistics, remaining hands-on throughout delivery.
    • Measure event success through engagement, meetings, opportunities, pipeline and ROI.
  • Sales Alignment & EMEA Expansion
    • Build strong relationships with regional Sales leadership, Account Executives and BDR teams.
    • Align marketing programmes with pipeline gaps, strategic accounts and regional growth priorities.
    • Represent the regional marketing function in leadership meetings and commercial planning.
    • Support expansion into priority European markets through localised campaigns, partnerships and field marketing programmes.
    • Work with global marketing teams to build scalable programmes that support EMEA growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, MarTech or related industries.
  • Experience delivering integrated campaigns across events, digital, content and account-based marketing.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality B2B events, VIP experiences and C-suite engagement programmes.
  • Confidence working directly with senior Sales leadership and influencing commercial strategy.

  • Marketing execution: Delivering effective integrated campaigns, events and VIP experiences that generate measurable business impact.
