What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, phone, social, events)
  • Build strong pipelines by targeting Director, VP and C-level decision makers across industries
  • Execute multi-channel outbound cadences to book high-quality discovery meetings
  • Research, personalize, and tailor outreach to prospect pain points and business goals
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to build account strategies and land key deals
  • Share insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to maximize efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably targeting mid-market and larger prospects
  • You’ve consistently exceeded quotas and pipeline targets
  • You’re confident speaking to VP and C-level executives — with a consultative, value-based approach
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills (phone, email, LinkedIn, video prospecting, etc.)
  • You’re competitive, coachable, and motivated by growth — both for yourself and your team
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments
