The Role:

We're looking for high-performing Account Executives to join our London-based team. This is more than just a sales role — it’s an opportunity to pioneer Birdeye’s expansion into new markets and help local and global businesses thrive with our platform. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with C-level executives, and delivering real impact to clients across multiple industries.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting to closing
  • Engage and influence VP and C-level stakeholders with confidence and clarity
  • Become a product expert on the Birdeye platform and translate our value into tangible ROI for clients
  • Manage pipeline with precision, using data to forecast and exceed revenue goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success
  • Help shape the sales playbook as we scale in the EMEA region

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years of sales experience, including 2+ in SaaS, with a focus on Mid-Market or Enterprise deals
  • Proven track record of new business acquisition (hunter role)
  • Experience running consultative, solution-based sales with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build compelling business cases
  • Knowledge of CX, Reputation, or MarTech software is a big plus

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Be part of a fast-growing, high-impact team at a company that’s reshaping an entire category
  • Work in a collaborative, innovative environment where ideas are welcomed and wins are celebrated
  • Get access to ongoing training, professional development, and career growth opportunities
  • Competitive salary, uncapped commission, and generous benefits
  • Flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work
  • Make a real difference — for your clients, your team, and your career
