We’re seeking a live music enthusiast and motivated creative for the role of Head of Marketing. The chosen candidate will be passionate about BOTW artists, as well as music and culture generally, and show a genuine, outside the box approach to online and offline tools that will speak to our audiences. We are looking for an experienced and very organised individual, who enjoys leadership as well as hands-on delivery, and thrives to develop a strong vision for the continued development of BOTW’s identity and roster of artists. This is a rare opportunity to join BOTW’s small full-time team in London.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and executing BOTW’s marketing strategy.
- Designing and implementing creative and effective simultaneous campaigns for our artists and events across paid and organic digital, print and OOH.
- Managing event budgets effectively, ranging from small venues to arenas and festivals.
- Maintaining the creative direction of the brand and briefing designers clearly and intentionally.
- Collaborating with our Social Media Manager to oversee social media platforms, showing an ability to interpret data and provide actionable insight.
- Coordinating event announcement schedules, disseminating relevant assets and timelines.
- Delivering quarterly reports on marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and insights that inform both short- and long-term goals.
- Maintaining and improving marketing tools, systems and workflows.
Required skills and experience:
- 5 years previous experience in related marketing duties.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a creative and 360º view of campaigns.
- Skillful with Meta, Tiktok and Google Ads Managers, Adobe Creative Suite, Sanity (or other CMS platform), Google Analytics.
- Great communication (written and verbal) and enjoying the balance between professional and personable.
- A team player who works efficiently and proactively with colleagues and partners showing initiative and enthusiasm.
- Positive and ‘can do’ attitude, providing solutions to any problems.
- Ability to work to deadlines across multiple projects whilst prioritising tasks.

- The position is based in our Kennington, London office (3 days in office, 2 days wfh).
