Programme Leader - Musical Theatre Programmes in London

We are seeking a Programme Leader, Musical Theatre Programmes to take a key role in the delivery and continued development of our musical theatre provision. Joining Bird Conservatoire at an important stage in its development, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the quality of our training and the experience of our students.

As a member of the senior academic leadership and Conservatoire management teams, you will provide programme-level leadership, working closely with the Executive Dean, Artistic Director and programme team to bring institutional direction and artistic intent into practice. This is a hands-on role, supporting academic teams to maintain high standards and continually strengthen the quality of training.

We are particularly interested in candidates with strong knowledge of musical theatre training within a conservatoire or professional training environment, and experience of leading programmes or teams. You will bring experience of improving the quality and consistency of training, together with the ability to turn direction into effective practice across musical theatre programmes.

Hours per week: 35 hours

Holiday: 30 days per annum, plus bank holidays and closure days at Christmas
