Bird Charles Surveyors Ltd is growing, and we’re looking to appoint two exceptional Chartered Building Surveyors to join our team.
We specialise in bespoke pre‑purchase building surveys of domestic and international prime and super‑prime homes, country houses and estates. Our work is highly technical, client focused and centred on quality over quantity.
Role 1 – Senior Surveyor | Property Care Services
A unique opportunity to help develop and deliver our new Property Care Services division, providing long‑term strategic management of high‑value homes through planned maintenance, asset management, project coordination and technical oversight, whilst continuing to undertake and assist with our bespoke pre‑purchase residential building surveys.
Role 2 – Associate Director
An experienced MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor to undertake our bespoke pre‑purchase building surveys, equivalent to RICS Level 3, together with a broad range of professional services including party wall matters, valuations, project management, contract administration, defect diagnosis, dilapidations and other residential and commercial surveying instructions.
We’re looking for surveyors with excellent technical knowledge, outstanding communication skills and the confidence to advise discerning clients and their professional advisers.
