You will provide pragmatic, commercially focused guidance on employee relations, payroll support and HR processes, while shaping our People policies and development initiatives. Reporting to the Head of People, the role offers a hybrid working pattern with 1–2 days in the Goring-by-Sea office and travel to our retail network as needed.
