A team assistant role in the Hub at the London office, working full shift pattern from 8am to 7pm.
Responsibilities
- Work across all Practice groups and various Business Services functions, providing business support and administrative assistance to each Practice group.
- Collaborate with other team members in the Hub and support Junior Team Executives, Practice Executives and Executive Assistants.
- The role requires a high degree of flexibility to support multiple departments and to work closely with other executives on a daily basis.
The Hub is managed and supported by a Business Support Manager who coordinates overall service delivery.
