We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Technology Transactions team in London. The role focuses on AI contracting and governance within technology transactions, including cloud and SaaS agreements, system implementation and outsourcing projects. We seek candidates with at least 6 years of post‑qualification experience in Technology Transactions and significant AI experience.
Key Responsibilities
- A good understanding of the legal issues associated with AI and existing experience advising on AI contractual and governance issues.
- Quickly understanding and communicating complex legal issues to clients and colleagues effectively.
- Leading significant AI and other technology transaction projects with independent partnerial oversight.
- Taking part in and having a leadership role in a range of AI and general technology transaction business development activities by developing client relationships and growing your network and reputation externally and within Bird & Bird.

Compensation and Bonuses
