We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Projects team, with a focus on non-contentious projects and construction work.

This is an exciting period of growth for the team and the successful candidate will work closely with Eleanor Kerslake, Andrew Dean and other partners in the Infrastructure, Projects and Procurement Group with an ambitious goal to build our dedicated Projects & Government Contracting practice within London Commercial.

We are seeking candidates with six or more years of post-qualification experience with a projects and/or construction background.

We would expect candidates to have experience gained in a leading firm with a strong projects or construction law practice, or alternatively in a comparable in-house or government legal department.

Candidates will need to understand and have a passion for non-contentious projects, with a sound understanding of standard form contracts and the commercial and technical context in which they are used.

The candidate will be a self-starter, with proven technical ability.

They will also be keen to develop expertise in the sectors that Bird & Bird is renowned for.
