We have an exciting opportunity for a Reward & Benefits Officer to join our team. The role focuses on the communication and coordination of Reward and Benefits schemes and activities, supporting the Senior Reward & Benefits Manager and Senior Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate benefits communications, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Maintain a Reward and Benefits Communications Calendar, proactively planning events and initiatives.
- Draft and post articles, event announcements and promotional slides across internal channels.
- Identify, develop, and deliver well‑being initiatives and events.
- Update and maintain Reward and Benefits intranet pages.
- Track and monitor impact and engagement levels to uncover key trends and inform future activity.
- Represent the team at internal well‑being meetings with DEI and L&D.
- Deliver benefits inductions for new joiners.
- Administer day‑to‑day benefit schemes, manage provider/broker relationships, and conduct scheme renewal and performance reviews.
- Manage pension plan activities: monthly contribution files, governance meetings, educational presentations, and employee queries.
- Support the Senior Manager with administration of international and US Private Healthcare plans.
- Audit and reconcile employee benefits data against provider reports, payroll, and benefits platform.
- Respond to benefits‑related queries from employees and providers.
- Update benefit policies for legislative changes and communicate across the firm.
- Assist in developing employee benefits offerings for health, wellbeing, and financial education.
- Coordinate annual benefits renewal process, provider rate negotiations, renewal communications, and platform testing.
- Organise the annual benefits on‑site open day, including communications, provider invites, and day‑of activities.
- Monitor benefits spend, provide budget information, and resolve invoice issues.
- Organise and facilitate CPR training and "Menopause Meet‑up" sessions.
- Represent the firm at external networking events and build a legal sector contacts network.
- Complete relevant benefit surveys.
Payroll and Other Duties
- Complete monthly payroll audit, check pension contributions, and generate gross‑to‑net reports.
- Provide payroll support for the Reward & Benefits Officer and Administrator.
- Assist with annual salary and bonus review processes.
- Support ad‑hoc projects, surveys, and data collection delegated by the Senior Manager.
