We are looking to recruit a Paralegal to support our established Intellectual Property team in the London office, working with a range of exciting and high-profile clients. This role will be for a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as a member of the IP Paralegal Team, providing quality support to all members of the department including partners and other fee‑earners.
  • Assist with the co‑ordination of matters, acting as the lead paralegal on various matters progressing towards trial or other hearings.
  • Assist with preparation and provide support for trials or other hearings, including preparing bundles (both electronic and hard copy), managing bundle updates, organising documents, coordinating logistics, and setting up the court room for hearings.

  • Have some knowledge of court procedures and IP, or a willingness to learn the basics of IP law.
  • Excellent organisational skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
