Our Brand Management team are seeking a Junior Trade Mark Administrator to join this growing practice area. We are looking for candidates who have experience in Arabic reading, writing and translation to/from English. You will be part of a team that is responsible for global trademark and other intellectual property portfolio management within an international law firm. Your primary focus will be supporting the day to day record management for trademarks and designs. This role requires someone who has a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and grow new skills, high attention to detail and the ability to be flexible.
What you'll bring:
- Arabic reading, writing and translation to/from English (essential)
- Administration support work experience, particularly in either the trademark or legal industry (preferred)
- Experience of working with WebTMS or other intellectual property management systems (desirable)
- Good technical document management skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
