| An opportunity has arisen for a Junior Records Administrator to join our Brand Management team. The role will report into the Team Leader (Records & Float) in London and will be required to liaise effectively with fee earners and support staff within the group, but also to liaise and coordinate with people from other relevant disciplines and teams including clients and colleagues oversees. Key Responsibilities - Record creation.
- Matter creation (general) and client conflict checks.
- Matter creation (disputes/oppositions/objections).
- Review of post and saving incoming correspondence to Filesite.
- Processing and docketing all TMO actions and correspondence to IPMS.
- Processing and docketing of global agent communications to IPMS.
- Processing and docketing dispute related communications to IPMS.
- Creation of reminders and deadlines in IPMS.
- Updating IPMS ensuring deadlines and reminders are removed as appropriate.
What you'll bring - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with superb attention to detail.
- An ability to stay calm in demanding situations in particular when the fee-earners are operating under pressure.
- Excellent and proven organisational skills.
- A proven ability to deal with confidential
- Keenness to work in a challenging, team-based environment with flexibility regarding working hours.
- Experience working with IP management systems (e.g. WebTMS, RightHub or similar platforms) is desirable.
