We are looking for a Junior / Mid-level Corporate Associate to join our highly ambitious and fast growing International Corporate Group in London. This will be a broad Corporate role and we are ideally looking at between two and three years post qualification experience.
Key Responsibilities
The post holder will advise on international corporate transactions, concentrating on high profile international M&A (public and private) and also working on venture capital, private equity and equity capital markets transactions.
