The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
We are looking to recruit a Mid-level Associate to join our Commercial Practice Group in the London office. This role will have a particular focus on working with retail and consumer brands operating within the hotels, hospitality and leisure sectors, with a breadth of work across largely business to business transactions, as well as the integration of different routes to market including e-commerce and direct to consumer transactions. There will also be the opportunity to work with brands from the other key sectors the team focus on, including retail (including luxury brands), wellness focused businesses and food and beverage.
What You'll Bring
- Three to five years Post Qualification Experience
- Experience and knowledge of, and proven ability of drafting, commercial agreements in the hotels and hospitality sector - including franchising, hotel management agreements, food and beverage agreements (outsourcing/licensing), as well as the financing and supply chain arrangements that support hospitality businesses.
- Experience and knowledge of, and proven ability of drafting, core commercial arrangements (e.g. novations, amendments, licence agreements, service agreements, etc.).
