We are looking for a Mid to Senior Associate to join the London Media, Entertainment and Sports team to focus on gambling regulatory work on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. With gambling regulation in constant flux in Great Britain and internationally, the role represents an outstanding opportunity for a bright and ambitious Associate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide gambling regulatory and licensing advice, including complex classification advice.
  • Assist clients through regulatory enforcement proceedings.
  • Prepare and submit licence applications and other regulatory filings.
  • Advise on gambling regulatory aspects of major corporate transactions.

What You’ll Bring

  • Very good understanding of gambling regulation and the international gambling sector, gained from working in a leading firm and/or in-house.
  • Experience in commercial contracts in the sector is desirable.
