We are looking for a Junior / Mid-level Corporate Associate to join our highly ambitious and fast-growing International Corporate Group in London. This will be a broad Corporate role and we are ideally looking at between two and three years post-qualification experience.
Key Responsibilities
- The post holder will advise on international corporate transactions, concentrating on high profile international M&A (public and private) and also working on venture capital, private equity and equity capital markets transactions.
