Our Brand Management team is seeking a Junior Administration & Renewal Assistant. This role will primarily provide support and administrative assistance to the Central Services Team with a specific focus on supporting the renewals dedicated teams. The role requires a high degree of flexibility and collaboration to support Partners, Fee Earners, Managers, Trademark Administrators and Record Administrators on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain documentation, maintaining and updating our internal sites/shared drives, following up with third parties or internal colleagues for information/updates, helping trademark projects to progress towards milestones.
  • Implement standard system-generated documents including letters, forms and reports for international Bird & Bird offices.
  • Develop familiarity of tools used by the firm to support client management.
  • Processing documents or directing to other appropriate resources whilst maintaining ownership and monitoring quality.
