We currently have an opportunity for a CRM Co-ordinator to join the Marketing & Business Development team at Bird & Bird. Sitting within the CRM team, the role holder will assist with the day-to-day administration, promotion and ongoing management of the firm\’s contact Relationship Management system (Intapp DealCloud), as well as assisting with the roll-out and development of DealCloud and other Marketing & Business Development information systems. The position involves liaising with various Marketing & Business Development teams, predominantly based in the UK, within and international law firm.
The Marketing & Business Development (MBD) department works hard to build up and maintain the positive perception of Bird & Bird\’s brand in the market, and to help translate that into winning client work and building up the client relationships that make our business possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on DealCloud functionality to enable International MBD to use DealCloud to its full potential, liaising with CRM Team as necessary
- Advise and train on how to use the various marketing tools (DealCloud, Introhive, Vuture) to produce targeted and relevant mailing lists
- Create and run reports to provide analytics for BD/Marketing purposes
- Enable and support CRM best practice through training and administrative processes
- Working with CRM Managers to develop data cleaning activities and reporting for the international secretarial community
- Manage internal User accounts, permissions and groupings to ensure consistent access to marketing and business development tools
- Working with the CRM Managers, regional MBD teams and Superusers to ensure PA\’s are carrying out data cleaning activities using reporting and analysis
- Provide analysis on queries, most reported and recurring issues, and building a library of FAQs

Working Hours
The role may require some working outside our normal working hours of 9:30am- 5:30pm.
