We have an exciting opportunity for a BI Developer to join our growing team in London. Working within the Data Architecture & Insights team, this role supports the delivery of business intelligence and analytics solutions aligned to the firm’s global data strategy. The team designs, builds and maintains data and analytics capabilities across the business, working in close partnership with Finance, IT and other business services teams to enable insight, strengthen decision‑making and help colleagues make effective use of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver data and analytics initiatives, working with stakeholders to agree priorities, timescales and outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to understand needs and translate them into clear, well‑designed solutions.
- Design, build and maintain data pipelines and models that support reporting, analytics and AI‑enabled use cases.
- Create accessible, business‑focused insights that support informed commercial and operational decisions.
- Approach problem‑solving thoughtfully, working both independently and alongside others in a collaborative team environment.
- Share and encourage good practice in data, analytics and reporting, supporting consistency and quality.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to help the team continuously improve how data and analytics are used across the firm.
What You'll Bring
- A sound understanding of accounting and/or statistical principles, with an interest in how these can support business insight.
- Confidence explaining complex topics in a clear and inclusive way to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
