We are looking for a Mid to Senior Associate to join the London Media, Entertainment and Sports team to focus on gambling regulatory work on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. With gambling regulation in constant flux in Great Britain and internationally, the role represents an outstanding opportunity for a bright and ambitious Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Your work will include gambling regulatory and licensing advice, including complex classification advice, assisting clients through regulatory enforcement proceedings, preparation and submission of licence applications and other regulatory filings, and advising on the gambling regulatory aspects of major corporate transactions.
What you'll bring
- You will need to have a very good understanding of gambling regulation, and the international gambling sector, gained from working in a leading firm and/or from working in-house.
- Commercial contracts experience in the sector is not essential, but would be desirable.
