We are looking for a Mid to Senior Associate to join the London Media, Entertainment and Sports team to focus on gambling regulatory work on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. With gambling regulation in constant flux in Great Britain and internationally, the role represents an outstanding opportunity for a bright and ambitious Associate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Your work will include gambling regulatory and licensing advice, including complex classification advice.
  • Assisting clients through regulatory enforcement proceedings.
  • Preparation and submission of licence applications and other regulatory filings.
  • Advising on the gambling regulatory aspects of major corporate transactions.

What you'll bring

  • You will need to have a very good understanding of gambling regulation, and the international gambling sector, gained from working in a leading firm and/or from working in-house.
  • Commercial contracts experience in the sector is not essential, but would be desirable.
