The opportunity

We\’re looking for an ambitious commercial lawyer to join our rapidly expanding global Media practice, working on the most cutting-edge deals and regulatory challenges in adtech, AI, and digital media. This is your opportunity to build expertise at the forefront of legal innovation while working with the world\’s leading streaming platforms, social media giants, adtech companies, major publishers, and leading advertisers.

This role positions you at the forefront of the adtech and media sector\’s most sophisticated challenges. You\’ll structure sophisticated advertising technology arrangements, develop privacy-compliant monetisation strategies, and design AI governance frameworks that define how content platforms operate. Whether advising on groundbreaking social media features or negotiating strategic streaming partnerships, you\’ll work on the hardest questions in the sector. You\’ll also engage directly with regulators on policy development and collaborate with industry bodies to establish emerging standards. This role combines high-stakes commercial work with the intellectual satisfaction of helping write the rulebook for emerging technologies.

The Team

Join Partner Alex Dixie\’s team (International Head of Adtech & Global Head of Media) as we advise on market-defining matters in the media and adtech sectors that sit at the intersection of technology, regulation, and commercial strategy. You\’ll work on sophisticated deals and provide regulatory strategy advice to clients who are reshaping how we consume and interact with media content globally.
