It’s a busy Monday to Friday role – you’ll play an important role in supporting the commercial success of the EngineRooms at Birchwood Park. You’ll combine proactive sales and relationship building with event bookings and queries and supporting our Meetings & Events team to deliver a great experience for our customers.
The Meeting & Events Sales Co-ordinator is responsible for converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, coordinating events and delivering an exceptional customer journey. This role combines proactive sales support with outstanding organisation and relationship management. Working closely with the Business Development & Events Executive, the successful candidate will help maximise revenue opportunities, build lasting client relationships and support the promotion of EngineRooms through digital content, networking and proactive sales activity.
