Main duties of the job:
We're looking for a Salaried GP who is passionate about delivering outstanding, evidence-based care and making a real difference to our patients and practice. You'll work autonomously within a supportive environment, maintaining the highest clinical standards under the GMS Contract and GMC guidance. Job responsibilities:
You will provide high-quality, compassionate, patient-centred care within a supportive and well-organised practice that values sustainable workloads and work-life balance. Working autonomously within the GMS Contract and clinical guidance, you will prescribe safely and effectively, manage long-term conditions, and maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records. You will contribute fairly to the clinical workload, including the duty doctor rota, and be supported to engage in quality improvement, QOF, teaching, and professional development as part of a collaborative, friendly multidisciplinary team that prioritises both excellent patient care and clinician wellbeing.

Person Specification:
Qualifications:- Must be included in NHS England list of medical practitioners as per section 91 of the NHS Act 2006
- Hold full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) on the General Practitioner Register
- Not prohibited from providing services due to regulation breaches (e.g., NHS Performers Lists Regulations)
- Interest in Menopause, ADHD, Transgender desirable but not essential
- Strong clinical skills and effective time management and the willingness to be involved in the development of others
- Excellent interpersonal personal skills with evidence of effective teamwork
- Proficient in using electronic health records and embracing new technologies.
