Destination Motorcycles is a leading dealership specializing in high-performance motorcycles from top brands including KTM, Gas Gas, Husqvarna, MV Agusta, and CF Moto. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and quality products that cater to motorcycle enthusiasts of all kinds.

We are currently looking to recruit a Van Driver/Motorcycle Valeter to join our successful Destination Motorcycles team in Fareham, Solent.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all visitors to the site, providing guidance as required
  • Ensure all keys are returned to the key cupboard and that the cupboard is locked at all times
  • Ensure all vehicles are secure when vacated
  • Delivery/collection of motorcycles for the service department
  • Delivery/collection of sold motorcycles
  • Assist with moving vehicles on and off site as required
  • Assist customers with parking where necessary
  • Be aware of the importance of good customer service
  • Collect bikes from customers for servicing or repair
  • Make deliveries of courtesy bikes and bikes completed after service/repair
  • Ensure insurance cover note documents are received from customer on hand over of courtesy bikes and check for any damage upon return
  • Report any damage to courtesy bikes/stock bikes or the company van if noticed
  • Carry out service washes on bikes in for service
  • Keep all demo and service loan bikes clean
  • Valet and apply products to all new and used bikes prior to handover
  • You may be asked to work outside the normal hours if certain deliveries are required. This will be paid as overtime at a flat rate.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

  • A genuine passion for motorbikes and good all-round technical knowledge
  • A Passion for delivering high levels of customer service
  • Flexible and willing to help
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Hold a clean full UK Driving Licence and Motorcycle Licence

Working Hours: 40 hours average per week

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18.00 (1st April – 30th September)

Monday – Friday 08:30- 17:00 (1st October – 31st March)

Location: Fareham, Solent

Salary: £25,500 per annum

Holiday: 22 days plus bank holidays
