Birchwood Group is a forward-looking company with retail stores, workshops and facilities based across the south coast of Sussex and Hampshire. Reporting to the Sales manager, we are looking for an experienced highly motivated individual, ready to hit the ground running, with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service, to join our busy sales department at our Kia dealership in Chichester. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first. You will support and guide customers every step of the way throughout the purchase of their new vehicle.
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Identify and encourage potential customers
- Provide great customer service
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet customer needs/expectations
- Produce suitable options to the customer and adapt to their buying strategy
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
- Liaise with colleagues and other departments to provide seamless service
- Other duties as required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Solid and extensive sales experience is essential (preferably within the automotive industry)
- Approachable
- Strong communication skills

Package:
- Salary: £16,000 + Bonus (OTE £45,000.00)
- Hours: 42.5hrs per week - Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 18:00, Saturday 08.30 to 17.00
- Car: Company vehicle provided
- Holiday: 22 days per year + bank holidays
