Our Solent site is dedicated to the Triumph brand, and we are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This is a key role in a fast-paced environment with excellent earning potential. Lead, support and develop a high-performing sales team Ensure exceptional customer service is maintained throughout all sales interactions Oversee all sales processes, including profit margins, stock pricing and presentation Maximise the sales and profitability of the motorcycles and associated products Work collaboratively with the Service and Accounts departments to ensure a seamless customer journey Uphold all company policies and procedures in the pursuit of business goals Proven track record in building, developing and managing a successful sales team, ideally within a motorcycle or car dealership Experience of managing a sales team to meet and exceed objectives Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive team performance Ability to thrive in a collaborative, performance-driven environment Excellent problem-solving and time management skills Motorcycle licence (preferred but not essential) Monday – Friday 08:30 – 18.00, Saturdays 08:30-18:00 (1st April – 30th September ) Monday – Friday 08:30- 17:00, Saturdays 08:30-16:30 (1st October – 31st March ) Holiday: 22 days plus bank holidays Benefits: Competitive Salary, access to use demonstration bikes, Staff Purchase Scheme, Car Benefit Scheme, Health Shield – Health Cash Plan, and reduced winter hours.
