The Birchwood group has a reputation for delivering excellent customer service. Our Aftersales Team are looking for a Service Advisor with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service to join them at our Kia dealership in Chichester.
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all service customers are dealt with in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. You will play a vital role in managing customer interactions and ensuring that processes, paperwork, and systems are handled smoothly to facilitate an excellent service experience. You will support and guide customers every step of the way throughout the purchase of their new vehicle.
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- The administration of all aftersales requests i.e. job card preparation, bookings, quotes, parts orders via the Pinnacle DMS
- Greeting customers and managing their vehicle progress through the workshop
- Ensuring accurate and proactive use of EVHC to achieve pre-set targets
- Deliver excellent customer satisfaction, exceeding manufacturer targets
- Ordering vehicle parts, ensuring timely delivery
- Receiving of vehicle parts, confirming accuracy and quality control
- Maintaining stock control of key parts
- Ad hoc duties as required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for delivering high levels of customer service
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Proven excellence as a team player
- Competent with standard MS office packages
- Ability to work within our Values
Package:
- Salary: £27,000 + Bonus
- Hours: 40 hours average per week - Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00 / 09:00 to 18:00, Saturday 08.30 to 17.00 (1 in 3 – paid as overtime)
- Holiday: 22 days per year + bank holidays
- Benefits: Health cash plan, subsidised vehicle purchase and aftersales scheme (upon completion of probation)
