Destination Motorcycles is a leading dealership specializing in high-performance motorcycles from top brands including KTM, Gas Gas, Husqvarna, MV Agusta. We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and quality products that cater to motorcycle enthusiasts of all kinds.

Destination Motorcycles is currently seeking a motivated After Sales Parts Advisor to join the team in Christchurch, Dorset. This role involves managing customer interactions in the aftersales department, ensuring smooth operations in the workshop, and maximizing sales opportunities for service work, parts, accessories and clothing. It also involves providing temporary cover on the front counter to support the other front of house aftersales advisors.

The ideal candidate will be very organised, highly motivated, driven, customer-focused, and able to deliver exceptional service standards.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Daily control of all parts, accessories and clothing movements into and out of the business
  • Providing first class service to our workshop team by providing them with the parts and accessories they require to complete repairs
  • Supporting the whole business by responding to requests for support promptly and clearly
  • Handle warranty claims and ensure timely processing
