Join our dynamic team at Destination Motorcycles, where passion meets performance! Our Christchurch motorcycle supercentre is a hub for enthusiasts, retailing over 1,000 units per annum, including iconic brands like Triumph, KTM, MV Augusta, CF Moto, and an impressive selection of high-quality used bikes.
Our cutting-edge six-bay workshop and MOT centre are designed to deliver nearly 9,000 service hours annually. With a robust offering of Parts, Clothing, and Accessories, our aftersales operation plays a pivotal role in our success.
Reporting to the Group Operations Director via our Group Aftersales Manager, you’ll be a key player in our team, contributing to a culture that values people and performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive efficiency and productivity in the workshop.
- Oversee a fast-moving inventory of parts, clothing, and accessories.
- Provide outstanding service and sales to our passionate bike community.
- Embrace technology and tools to identify sales opportunities and upsell.
- Achieve budgeted targets and KPIs to the highest standards.

- Salary: Competitive, based on experience
- Holiday: 22 days + additional days in lieu of bank holidays
